Rachael has over 30 years of massage experience, is nationally certified, and is a Holistic Health Practitioner. She is much more than a massage therapist -- she is a gifted healer. All of Rachael's healing techniques and massages are custom-designed. Her specialties include an intuitive connection with the body, pain-free deep tissue, postural work, and muscle therapy.

She reads each individual body and uses just the right pressure to soothe and open up tight areas. She significantly helps relieve pain. Her massage sessions are healing, therapeutic, and effective.

Rachael's customized massages are a unique blend of painless deep tissue, compression, myofascial release, PNF, and intuitive healing. Her massages help people with problems such as back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ, migraines, tendonitis, and more. Rachael's massages are for those who are serious about healing and want a healthy, efficient body!

For 2 years in a row, Massage Mastery has been nominated for two small business awards with the San Diego Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, Rachael was one of 6 finalists and is seen above winning her certificate of merit as a finalist in front of 800 people!

The awards were for Excellence In Customer Service and Most Innovative Marketing Campaign/Concept (2009) and Excellence In Customer Service and Most Innovative Product (2010) The innovative product is the "I Am Worthy" Affirmation CD - with 111 positive affirmations, using Rachael's harp music and her soothing voice.

Most of Rachael's clients choose 1-1/2 or 2 hour sessions, since the most effective healing takes place after about 45 minutes. Her longer sessions and her package deals have a price incentive. Preventative maintenance is vitally important to keeping a healthy system. Rachael, herself, gets at least one massage a week. It's amazing how much more significant your healing process is when the intention is to take care of yourself and be well.

Individualized Massage Instruction

Rachael teaches other massage therapists advanced massage techniques privately (this session was at the BodyMind Connection, in Santee). Her extensive research for the TMJ Relief DVD helped her to hone her skills even more.

Rachael can also train a spouse or partner in simple therapeutic methods. If you clench or grind your teeth, or know someone who does, make sure and call Rachael! She can help you to loosen those tight muscles and be more pain-free!
